It is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that they were not the assailants. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that prayer for bail was rejected in June, 2020.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are alleged to be the conspirators of the crime. Under such circumstances and as prayer for bail was rejected in June, 2020 and progress in the matter was hindered due to prevailing pandemic conditions, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
