The present revision is of the year 2020 and has been preferred against the impugned order dated 03.12.2018 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Raghunathpur, Purulia, in Misc. Case No. 86 of 2017 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
