Road, Kolkata - 700090 on 10th February, 2021.

In view of the removal of the unauthorized construction, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ application.

WPA 10801 of 2020 stands disposed of.

The report in the form of affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent No. 4 is retained with the records. Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
