... for the State Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. We note that his prayer for bail was rejected in October, 2020 on merits. There is hardly any change in circumstances since then. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
