Learned advocate representing the Municipality has produced documents to show that the petitioner is receiving his pension directly in his Bank Account and he has received the payment till the month of May 2023.

The petitioner alleges that payment is not being made on regular basis.

The respondent authorities are directed to ensure regular payment to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
