Statement of the minor girl implicates her own father in subjecting her to penetrative sexual assault. There is no material to show that there is dispute between the petitioner and his divorced wife who is the mother of the victim girl. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
