The cause of action in the instant writ application is similar to that taken up and disposed of yesterday being W.P.A. No. 10679 of 2020.

The order dated 16th December, 2020 passed in W.P.A. No.10679 of 2020 shall also govern the instant writ application.

In view of the above, the instant writ application shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
