Admittedly, T.S. No. 65 of 2019 is pending before the appropriate Court at Arambagh. The petitioner may seek appropriate interim orders in the said suit, if still pending.

The Khanakul Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and comply with any orders that may be passed by the Civil Court. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

The instructions of the Khanakul Police Station is taken on record.

There shall be no order as to costs.
