It is submitted on behalf of the respondent No.6 that as the National Highways Authority of India is not in administrative control of the development of the National Highway, which is in dispute in the present writ petition. This respondent is not a necessary party to this writ petition and its name may be deleted from the cause title of the petition.

The petitioner submits on instructions that he wants to withdraw the writ petition. It is also submitted that an arbitral proceeding is pending.

Accordingly, WPA 10874 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.
