Ms. Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the criminal proceedings and there are no materials to exhibit his nexus with the offences.

Ms. Khan, learned advocate appearing for the State denies and disputes the contention of the petitioner. Upon considering the materials in the case diary and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 10681 of 2020 is, accordingly, dismissed.
