Case No. 4944 of 2020 arising out of Matia P.S. Case No. 377 of 2020 dated November 14, 2020 under Sections 341/147/447/323/326/307/353/373/427120B/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Ms. Puspita Saha, learned counsel for the State present in Court is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let her appointment be regularized.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
