He claims that he has not been communicated any order or decision by Port Trust Authorities.
Learned counsel for the Port Trust Authorities submitted that all communications have duly been made and he produced a letter dated 25.10.2019 issued to D.E.M. (HR) and C.P.I.O. (Labour) (HR Division). It appears to this court that no communication has been made to the petitioner.
In such circumstances, let the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2020 be considered and disposed of by the Chief Mechanical Engineer, respondent No. 3 herein within a period of two months from the date of communication of the copy of this order.
The order may be communicated within 7 days thereof to the petitioner.
With the above observations, the instant writ
application stands disposed of, however, without any order as to costs.
Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
