The learned counsels for the parties pointed out that a similar issue came up for consideration before this court in WPST 6 of 2021. As the matters were not being heard by the Tribunal on account of nonavailability of the administrative member, direction was issued by this court in the aforesaid writ petition on 27.1.2021 for hearing of the case. Now the case is fixed for consideration before the Tribunal on 24.2.2021. As the issue raised in the present petition is also pertaining to the same selection process and the same has not yet been decided on merits, we relegate the petitioners to pursue the Original Application filed by them before the Tribunal.

Let the same be also listed on 24.2.2021 and heard with the Original Application bearing O.A. No.430 of 2020.
