On his prayer, the revisional application is disposed of as not pressed.

On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Criminal Section is directed to return the certified copy of the First Information Report that is annexed with the revision petition. The same may be returned to the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner after keeping a photostat copy of the same for the record and on usual undertakings.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsels for the parties on usual undertaking.
