Petitioners seek an order directing the private respondents to allow the petitioners free entry into the property being the 14th and 15th floor of premises number 7/1 Russel Street, Kolkata700071. The prayer as framed itself demonstrates that there are civil disputes between the private parties with regard to the immovable property. A writ court need not enter into the arena as sought to be agitated by the petitioners.

The private parties are at liberty to avail of their remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Accordingly, W.P.A. 10924 of 2020 is disposed of.
