The petitioners have restricted their prayer on the question that the papers required to be sent to the appropriate authority for making a reference after failure of conciliation has not been sent to the appropriate authority.

Today, they make their prayer simply for a direction upon the Conciliation Officer being the Regional Labour Comissioner (Central), Government of India, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman to send all papers

to the appropriate authority so that the reference can be made immediately.

I direct the Conciliation Officer to send all papers within a period of two weeks, if not already sent, to the appropriate authority so that the reference can be made.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.
