Applicants/Petitioners Mr. Lakshminath Bhattacharya For the applicants/ petitioners Mrs. Sonali Das For the State The present application, being CRAN No. 1 of 2021, has been preferred for correction of the names of the petitioner nos. 3 and 6, as incorporated in the cause title of the bail application, being C.R.M. No.10704 of 2020.

The learned advocate appearing for the applicants/petitioners submits that the names of the petitioner nos. 3 and 6 have been erroneously incorporated in the bail application. He further submits that the names of the petitioner nos. 3 and 6 shall be as follows:

Petitioner No. 3: Ashik Iqbal @ Asik Ikbal @ Sm. Asif Iqbal (wrongly written as " Ashik Iqbal" in the cause title of the bail application).

Petitioner No. 6: Chamudin Sardar @ Chhama Uddin Sardar @ Samauddin" (wrongly written as " Chamudin Sardar" in the cause title of the bail application).

Upon hearing the learned advocate appearing for the applicants/petitioners and considering the materials on record

and as there has been no objection from Mrs. Das, learned advocate appearing for the State, the application, being CRAN No. 1 of 2021, is allowed.

The learned advocate-on-record of the applicants/petitioners is granted leave to make necessary correction in the cause title of the bail application. Let necessary correction to that effect be made in the order-sheet by the office and be treated as part and parcel of the original order dated 11th January, 2021 .

The application, being CRAN No. 1 of 2021, is, thus, disposed of.
