This is an application for bail.

Mr. Ghosh, learned Counsel, appears for the petitioner and seeks the relief of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Ms. Saha, learned Counsel appearing for the prosecution, draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 18th November, 2020 passed by a concurrent Hon'ble Division Bench rejecting the prayer for bail filed by self-same petitioner. It is pointed out that the rejection (supra) has not been pleaded by the petitioner in this application. At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks an opportunity to file a Supplementary Affidavit.. Having considered the rival submissions as well as the materials placed, this Court does not find the relief presently claimed by the petitioner to be worthy of consideration unless complete disclosure of

all facts germane to the lis is brought to its notice. The prayer for bail stands thus rejected at this stage. The petitioner is granted the liberty to file a fresh bail application. C.R.M. 10709 of 2020 stands accordingly disposed of. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
