Md Siddique Hossain v. State Of West Bengal And ORS.
13.03.2024 Crt. No.551 Item No.309 KB WPA 10955 of 2020 Md. Siddique Hossain
Versus
The State of West Bengal & Others Ms. Pulak Ranjan Mondal Mrs. Bandana Mondal Mr. Subhrangsu Panda ... For the College Service Commission.
Mr. Susanta Pal Mr. Ananda Dulal Sarkar ... For the State.
None appears on behalf of the petitioner.
College Service Commission is represented through learned advocate Mr. Pulak Ranjan Mondal. State is also represented.
The petitioner of the instant writ petition has submitted the declaration on 11th January, 2024 that he shall not proceed with this instant writ petition. On the earlier occasion, this Court directed the learned advocate for the petitioner to submit specific instructions in regard to the declaration submitted by the petitioner before the West Bengal College Service Commission.
The non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner itself proves the truthfulness of the declaration before the College Service Commission.
Considering the declaration made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
It further be noted that the writ petitioner has joined Bangabasi Morning College on the basis of a subsequent selection process.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
All connected applications, if any, are also disposed of.
