It appears from the materials made available on record that there are constructions on the plot belonging to the petitioners. The constructions have been without consent of the petitioners.

In such circumstances, the petitioners are at liberty to avail of such remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, including filing a suit for damages. CPAN 711 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
