1. The present appeal arises out of an interim order passed in Title Suit No. 724 of 2020.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the suit, from which the appeal arose, has itself been dismissed for default vide Order No. 40 dated July 18, 2024, a copy of which is handed over in Court and kept on record.

3. Accordingly, FMAT No. 562 of 2020 and the connected applications, bearing CAN 1 of 2020 and CAN 2 of 2022, are dismissed as infructuous.

4. There will be no order as to costs.
