The present revision is of the year 2020 and has been prayed for setting aside and/or quashing of the impugned proceedings of being A.C. Case No. 5575 of 2019 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 8th Court, Alipore under Sections 12 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
