...Petitioners.

Mr. Sabyasachi Chatterjee, Mr. Pintu Karar, Mr. Akashdeep Mukherjee ....for the petitioners.

Mr. Madhusudan Sur, Mr. Dipankar Paramanick ....for the State.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated. Upon completion of investigation, charge-sheet has also been filed and as such, further detention of the petitioners is not necessary.

Mr. Sur, learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the petitioners' prayer and draws our attention to several documents in the case diary.

Having heard the learned advocates and considering the materials in the case diary, the nature of allegations and the extent of complicity of the petitioners in the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant bail at this stage. The application for bail, being CRM No.10758 of 2020, is rejected.
