The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in custody for 470 days. Upon completion of investigation, charge-sheet has also been filed and as such, further detention of the petitioner is not necessary. The learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the petitioner's prayer and submits contraband substance above commercial quantity was seized from the petitioner. Records reveal that the petitioner approached this Court earlier on 28th August, 2020 for bail. The said application was rejected.

Having heard the learned advocates and considering the materials in the case diary and as there had been no change in the circumstances prevailing on the date of rejection of the earlier bail application, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail, being CRM 10757 of 2020, is, thus, rejected.
