The grievance of the petitioner is that after the FIR was registered no further steps have been taken in connection with FIR No. 303 of 2020 dated October 13, 2020 of Ghatal Police Station.

Mr. Pinaki Dhole, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the investigation has proceeded to a considerable extent. The statements under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has also been recorded.

In view thereof, WPA 11022 of 2020 is disposed of by directing the Officer-in-Charge, Ghatal Police

Station, Paschim Medinipur, the respondent no.4 to conclude the investigation expeditiously.
