The grievance of the petitioners is that though the hearing in connection with an application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act was conducted by the District Magistrate, Hooghly pursuant to the hearing notice being Memo No. 457(4) dated February 28, 2020 in respect of SARFAESI case between Dyanidhi Giri vs. A.O. IDFC First Bank Ltd., Kolkata Branch, but no decision has been

communicated to the petitioners.

Mr. M.P. Gupta, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the decision shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from date.

WPA 11045 of 2020 is disposed of by directing the District Magistrate, Hooghly, the respondent no.2 herein to communicate the decision in connection with the hearing of the application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act within a period of two weeks from date.
