The present revision has been preferred praying for setting aside of the order no.33 dated 16.02.2017 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Durgapur, District-Paschim Bardhaman in connection with G.R Case No.736 of 2008 arising out of Coke-oven P.S Case No.70 of 2018 dated 26.08.2008 under Sections 149/420/384/468/440/506/120B of the IPC. As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
