The petitioners have prayed for setting aside the order dated November 12, 2020 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Kakdwip, South 24-Parganas in M.F. Case No.391 of 2020 in the instant writ petition. The immediate grievance of the petitioners is that the certified copy of the said order has not been supplied to the petitioners in spite of the fact that the petitioners have duly applied for the same.

WPA 11079 of 2020 is disposed of by directing the Executive Magistrate, Kakdwip, South 24-Parganas to ensure supply of the certified copy of the order dated November 12, 2020 passed in M.F. Case No.391 of 2020 to the petitioners within a period of one week from the date of communication of this order provided an application for the certified copy of the same has been made by the petitioners.

It will be, however, open to the petitioners to challenge the said order dated November 12, 2020

before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
