In terms of the order dated February 23, 2021 Mr. Mozammel Hoque Khan, the Secretary of the Model Girls' High Madrasah at VillageBeluni, Post Office and Police Station - Dholahat, District 24-Parganas (South), the respondent no. 5 herein, is present in Court today.

Tapan Kumar Mukherjee, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the said Secretary and hands over the required original NOC and the release order to the petitioner in Court, copy

whereof have been filed which are taken on record.

The Secretary tendered his unconditional apology to the Court through his learned advocate which is accepted with the caution that he will not repeat his such conduct in future. The said Secretary gives further undertaking before this Court that by the end of the month of March, 2021, he will arrange for handing over last pay slip and the original Service Book to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, WPA 11083 of 2020 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
