This is an application filed by the award-holder for expeditious disposal of the Money Execution case No.02 of 2020 pending before the learned Judge, Commercial Court at Alipore.

The learned Court below is directed to hear out and dispose of Money Execution Case No.2 of 2020 expeditiously upon affording an opportunity of hearing to the award-debtor. It is made clear that the said application should be heard out and disposed of within a period of two months from the next date fixed.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counterclaims of the parties and the learned Court below shall decide the matter in accordance with law, independently.

The learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon the learned Advocate appearing for the award-debtor in the

learned Court below along with a server copy of this order within the next date of hearing, as fixed in the learned Court below.

This revisional application is, thus, disposed of. There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
