The present criminal revision of the year 2020 has been preferred praying for setting aside of the order dated 10th December, 2020 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Barrackpore in Baranagar P.S Case No.519 of 2020. Today also there is no representation neither on behalf of the petitioner nor the opposite party.

Ms. Puspita Saha, learned counsel present in court is appointed to represent the State in the present case. Her appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the point before the appropriate forum. Revisional application being CRR 1824 of 2020 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
