In this revisional application the petitioners/defendants pray for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.1042 of 2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 5th Court at Howrah.

It is submitted that the suit is at the stage of evidence and no interlocutory applications are pending. It is further submitted that the suit has been adjourned from time to time.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of with a request upon the learned court below to dispose of the said title suit expeditiously, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counter-claims of the parties and the learned court below shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law and independently.

Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties and/or their learned advocates appearing in the learned court below within seven days. The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
