Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation has been made by the petitioner way back on 4th April, 2020 regarding release of his pensionary benefit but that representation was not considered by the Principal Secretary, School Education Department, Government of West Bengal till date. Learned Counsel appearing for the State is present.

Heard both the parties.

The Principal Secretary, School Education Department, Government of West Bengal is requested to consider the representation of the petitioner. The writ petitioner is also directed to serve a copy of this order along with the writ petition to the Principal Secretary, School Education Department, Government of West Bengal. The Principal Secretary, School Education Department, Government of West Bengal is also requested to give an opportunity of hearing to the

petitioner and to allow the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents at the time of hearing and pass a reasoned order within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order to Principal Secretary, School Education Department, Government of West Bengal. The Principal Secretary, School Education Department, Government of West Bengal is also requested to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner at an earliest.

The writ petition being WPA 11109 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
