Mr. Partha Pratim Das, Ms. Manasi Roy ...... for the State Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 367 days and in view of the nature of allegations further detention of the petitioner is not warranted.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the petitioner's prayer.

Having heard the learned advocates and considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the post-mortem report, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail being C.R.M. No.10814 of 2020 is dismissed.
