Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the second wife of the deceased teacher who expired in 2012 and since then all her efforts are in vein to get family pension. Learned Counsel further submits that the last representation was made by the petitioner on 1st December, 2020 before the District Inspector of Schools (Primary), Paschim Medinipur, Midnapore being the respondent 4 but such representation has not been considered by the District Inspector of Schools (Primary, Paschim Medinipur, Midnapore till date.

Mr.

Majumder, learned Government Pleader is present along with his junior.

Heard both the parties.

The District Inspector of Schools (Primary), Paschim Medinipur, Midnapore being the respondent no. 4 is requested to consider the representation dated 1st December, 2020 which is at page 25 being the annexure "P6"to the writ petition at an earliest preferably within a period of three months from date after giving an opportunity of hearing and to allow her to produce necessary documents at the time of hearing. The District Inspector of Schools (Primary) Paschim Medinipur, Midnapore being the respondent no. 4 is also requested to communicate such decision arrived at by him at an earliest.

With the above direction WPA 11133 of 2020 is disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. There will be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
