The order dated August 28, 2023 is mentioned for correction.

In paragraph nos. 18, 19 and 21 of the 5th page of the said order, the expression 'C.O. No. 2400 of 2018' shall stand corrected to read as 'C.O. No. 4200 of 2018'.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated August 28, 2023.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

5.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.

6.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
