It is submitted by the learned counsel for the alleged contemnor that by order dated June 13, 2022, this Court's order dated December 19, 2019, has been complied with belatedly.

Affidavit has been filed by the alleged contemnor, bringing on record the documents and the copy of the same have been served to the counsel for the petitioner.

This Court is surprised to note that there have been repeated violations of orders of this Court by the alleged contemnor.

Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor, submits that his client Mr. Abid Hossain, tenders an unconditional apology and assures that the conduct and delay shall not be repeated again.

This Court warns the contemnor against such conduct in future and as a last chance. The contempt application is disposed of without any further orders.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
