The averments made in paragraph 5 of the application reveals that the petitioners preferred an anticipatory bail earlier before this Court which was rejected on 4th September, 2020. The learned advocate for the petitioners has not been able to satisfy this Court as regards any change of circumstances after the dismissal of the first anticipatory bail application. In view thereof, the application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 10833 of 2020, is dismissed.
