Although, this matter was taken up for consideration on 27th January 2025 and at the instance of the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner, the same was dismissed as withdrawn on the consideration that the Matrimonial Suit no. 182(06) of 2015 had been dismissed for default, however, since today it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the aforesaid submission was incorrect, let the unsigned order dated 27th January 2025 be recalled.

The petitioner would, however, submit that the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the instant revisional application.

In view thereof and as prayed for, let the revisional application being C.O. 1603 of 2020 be dismissed as withdrawn.
