The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent of the charges and he has been falsely implicated in connection with this case. As such, he may be granted the relief, as prayed for, in any condition.

The learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that pursuant to the incident narrated a separate case has been registered as the victim already committed suicide.

We have perused the materials on record and having regard to the incriminating materials appearing against the present petitioner, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case where the petitioner is entitled to the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM No.10849 of 2020 is dismissed.
