A coordinate Bench of this court by an order dated 04.10.2018 passed in W.P. 6865(W) of 2017 directed the State to enlist the petitioner in the exempted category with the Central Employment Exchange.

The petitioner seeks enforcement of the said order. Remedies of the petitioner lies elsewhere. The writ petitioner cannot seek enforcement of an order passed by another coordinate Bench before this court.

For the reasons stated hereinabove, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

Any right of the petitioner which may have accrued in law under the order dated 04.10.2018 passed in W.P. 6865(W) of 2017 by a coordinate Bench of this court, shall not be deemed to have been interfered with by this court.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
