Ms. Debjani Sahu ... for the State The present revision has been preferred praying for setting aside of the order dated 29.05.2014, 26.07.2016 and subsequent orders passed by the learned ACJM, Alipore, South 24 Parganas in AC Case No.1618 of 2014 arising out of Bishnupur P.S Case No.613 of 2014 dated 07.06.2014 under Sections 323/354/509 of the IPC. Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned counsel for the State present in court is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let her appointment be regularised.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
