1. This contempt application is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of this Court's order dated December 20, 2024 in WPA 11193 of 2020.

Mishra, learned advocate for the petitioner appears and submits that copy of the order has been duly served upon the alleged contemnor and received in his office.

3. It is submitted that the alleged contemnor has passed an order dated May 30, 2025 pursuant to this Court's order as above.

4. However, it is alleged that in the same the alleged contemnor has controverted the findings of the Court.

5. Let a copy of this contempt application be immediately served upon the alleged contemnor and affidavit of serve be filed on the next date of hearing.
