The State of West Bengal Mr. Sujoy Sarkar .......For the Petitioners Mr. Arijit Ganguly .....For the State The petitioners are aggrieved by the warrant of arrest so issued in connection with G. R. No. 312 of 2018 arising out of Md. Bazar Police Station Case No. 81 of 2018. I find that the order of warrant of arrest was issued on 18th December, 2019. In spite of passage of time, the police authority could not execute the warrant of arrest. As the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners would abide by the process of law, I direct that in case the petitioners surrender by 10.01.2021, the learned Magistrate would consider their application for bail in accordance with law. The petitioners are directed to meet with the Officer-in-charge of Md. Bazar Police Station on and from 29.12.

2020 till their date of surrender twice a week before the learned Magistrate. In case of non-compliance, learned Magistrate would revive the earlier order passed on 18.12.2019. The execution of the warrant of arrest shall be stayed till 12.01.2021 on condition that the petitioners comply with the aforesaid conditions so imposed. As such CRR 1845 of 2020 is disposed of.
