The petitioner made an innocuous prayer seeking direction upon the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Asansol to expeditiously dispose of Appeal No. 2 of 2018. Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is out of service since July, 2016.

In such circumstances, this Court directs the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Asansol to expeditiously dispose of the said appeal, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order. This order shall be communicated to all the respondents in the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Asansol including the Registrar of Central Government Industrial Tribunal-

cum-Labour Court, Asansol by the Counsel for the petitioner and the appearing respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ application shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
