The allegation of the petitioner is that the private respondents have installed a submersible pump within the radius of 150 meters of the petitioner's existing submersible pump.

Against such alleged installation the petitioner had made a representation before the District Magistrate, the respondent no. 2. The petitioner alleges that in spite of making such representation no effective steps have been taken by the said respondent no. 2.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 2 to consider the representation dated 5th December 2020 being Annexure 'P3' to the writ petition within a period of four week from date. The respondent no. 2 shall hear all concerned parties and pass a reasoned order.

Such reasoned order should be communicated to the petitioner within a week from such order.

WPA 11282 of 2020 is disposed of.
