The matter has been brought to the list for correction of the order dated January 06, 2021. In the said order the direction for expeditious disposal of the connected appeal has been omitted due to typographical mistake. The learned District Judge, Howrah is requested to dispose of the connected Title Appeal No. 83 of 2020 expeditiously preferably within a period of eight months from the date of communication of this order and to adhere to the time limit fixed by this order for disposal of the said appeal, the learned District Judge shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. This order may be treated as a part of the order dated January 6, 2021.

The other portion of the order dated January 06, 2021 shall remain unaltered.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
