Manot Mr. Bajrang Manot ........for the petitioners Mr. Madhusudan Sur Mr. Dipankar Paramanick ......... for the State The present revisional application has been preferred against an order dated 02.04.2018 in connection with case No. 80 of 2018 pending before the learned Senior Municipal Magistrate, Calcutta. The petitioners are aggrieved by the order of issuance of warrant of arrest against them by the impugned order.

The learned advocate for the petitioners are directed to serve upon Mr. Madhusudan Sur, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State. On perusal of the order dated 03.03.2020 it is reflected that on five occasions petitioners did not appear and as such the learned Magistrate was compelled to issue warrant of arrest. In view of the undertaking given by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, I am of the view another opportunity must be afforded to the present petitioners. As such if the petitioners appear before the learned Court by 15.1.2021 they shall be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond.

The learned Court however will be at liberty to impose conditions so that further absence of the petitioners can be

avoided before the Court, which may create an impediment to the progress of the trial.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 1848 of 2020 is disposed of.
