At the stage of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the opposite party/complainant has very fairly placed a copy of order No. 39 dated 11.07.2022 of the trial Court wherefrom it appears that the learned trial Court at the stage of plea hearing, on considering the materials on record and finding no sufficient ground for proceeding under the said offences alleged was pleased to discharge

the petitioners from the said case and release them from their respective bail bonds.

Accordingly, in view of the said order of the learned trial Court, the present revisional application has now become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
