Case No.84 of 2020 dated February 15, 2020 under sections 354/341/34 IPC, the present case under section 438 of CrPC has been preferred. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent of the charges and have been falsely implicated in the alleged offences and that the investigation has been concluded. He prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate for State produces the case diary and vehemently opposes the prayer for bail. He also draws the attention of the court to the statement of the victim under section 164 CrPC as also the statement of the father of the victim girl under section 161 CrPC and submits that the petitioner is thickly connected with the offences as alleged.

We have perused the materials on record and having regard to the materials against the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant the petitioner anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for prayer for anticipatory bail is

rejected.

CRM No.10964 of 2020 is thus disposed of.
